The Regional Directorate for Youth is aware that the information provided by citizens, namely their personal data, lack adequate privacy protection.
The information provided by citizens on our websites is treated in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter GDPR).

The personal data requested are: Name, address, telephone, mobile phone, email, tax identification number, social security number, citizen card number, international bank identification number, nationality, gender, degree of disability, academic qualifications, date of birth, constitution of the household, date and employment status.
Breach of personal data
In the event of a breach of personal data, the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD) or another data protection control authority that may be legally constituted will be alerted, in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD.
