Y Academy
The Regional Government of the Azores has defined in its youth policies the creation of initiatives and programs aimed at the integral training of young people through non-formal mechanisms and complementary to their academic curricula, which provide more favorable conditions for personal and professional fulfillment and the integration into active life of our young people.
It was also defined in the global strategy for youth policies the promotion of training workshop activities in emerging areas of knowledge, cross-cutting and comprehensive that enrich the portfolio of skills of young people in the Azores.
Finally, the internship and free time occupation programs for young people also presuppose the promotion of training for young people, complementary to occupational and internship activities.

Academy J promotes training actions that aim to fully empower young people through non-formal mechanisms that complement their academic curricula and that provide more favorable conditions for personal and professional fulfillment and integration into the active lives of our young people.
RECEPTORS
a) Residents or natives of the RAA;
b) Young people aged between 16 and 30 years old, inclusive, at the start of training.
Interns integrated into the Intern U Program can also enroll in the Program.
