MOOV - Mobility, Ocupation and Vocational Orientation

MOOV aims to promote the participation of young people residing in the Autonomous Region of the Azores (RAA) in vocational guidance and screening projects, as well as in occupational and training activities, in the context of experimentation/professional guidance, taking place in the Autonomous Region of the Azores Azores and outside your island of residence.


MOOV Nemésio Pro - Curricular Internships

The duration of the projects is equal to the number of days calculated as follows: number of hours of the curricular internship divided by seven hours a day.
The activities to be provided by the young person cannot exceed 35 hours a week, preferably taking place on weekdays.
Projects run throughout the year, always starting at the beginning of each month.

 

Applications from young people and entities are made throughout the year, up to 30 days before the start of the project.

MOOV 360 - Internships

The projects last for 30 days, running between the months of February and October, always starting at the beginning of each month.

 

Applications from young people and host organizations are made throughout the year.

Recipients:


- Residents of the RAA;
- Young people between the ages of 18 and 30, inclusive.

 

Youth reception organizations:
a) Public Entities;
b) Private, non-profit entities;
c) Private companies.

MOOV Visit Pro - Study Visits

Projects have a minimum duration of three days and a maximum duration of five days, including travel days.
The effective activities have a minimum duration of two days;
Projects take place, preferably, during periods of school interruptions, defined in the School Calendar, approved by the competent Government department in matters of education.

 

Recipients:

Young people who, cumulatively, meet the following requirements may participate in the Measure:
Are residents of the RAA
Be between the ages of 14 and 20, inclusive, at the start of the project.
Attend the last year of basic education or equivalent or attend alternative teaching curricula, equivalent to the 3rd cycle, integrated in the regional network of public schools or integrated in valences of institutions of social solidarity, as well as young people who are integrated in inclusion projects and/or are monitored by the Child and Youth Protection Commissions.

 

Youth reception organizations are the Professional Schools of the Autonomous Region of the Azores.

 

Applications:

Applications from travel and host organizations are made throughout the year, up to 60 days before the start of the project.
